Willkie Farr & Gallagher Upload Access Instructions

Thanks for attending your HeadShots Inc session! For Willkie Farr & Gallagher, photos must be transferred via your intranet provider, so cannot be accessed on our website.

Here are instructions for accessing your photos:

If you received an email stating that your original photos are ready for review:

To access your session’s un-edited photos, please email Eva Fong efong@willkie.com requesting your files. She will transfer them via your intranet.

If you selected a photo for retouching while on-site with your photographer, no further action is required. You will be notified via email when your retouched photo is complete.

Willkie Farr and Gallagher has paid for the session and first retouched photo (selected on-site). If you’d like to purchase an additional photos, you may do so out-of-pocket for $75/retouched image.

If you received an email notifying you that your edited headshots are completed:

They will be transferred to you momentarily. If you don’t see them, email Eva via the address above.

If you’d like a revision on your retouched photo(s):

Please email edits@headshots-inc.com with any notes for corrections.
