Included With All Event Sessions:
- Professional Photography: We’ll help you create an action plan for your event so we can capture the most important moments.
- Next Day Image Delivery: Get all of your images in high-resolution on the following business day. Your photos will receive editing for conrast, crop, and color balance.
- Custom Retouching: High-end retouching to remove stray hairs, acne, wrinkles, bags under eyes, and whiten teeth. (Optional)

One Hour Minimum

- Description: 60-minutes of on-site event photography custom to your goals for the event. Add a second hour for $350.
- Includes: One photographer, equipment, perpetual unlimited commercial license to all images, and editing for contrast, crop, and exposure.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How many photos do I get to keep?
By defualt, you will receive a licence and editing for all photos taken. It’s hard to give an exact estimate on the # of photos you’ll receive, as different project have widely different needs. Expect somewhere in the range of 20 – 100 photos per hour, of 3 to 4 different scenes.
I know we need to improve our marketing assets, but I'm not 100% sure what my photos should show. Can you help?
Yes! During your planning session, we will talk about your goals for the shoot and how we can best convey marketing messages through your images.
Do you travel for Corporate Branding and Commercial Photography projects?
Yes, we travel across the USA for corporate branding and commercial shoots. Travel fees may apply.
What are your standard licensing terms?
Clients retain a perpectial unlimited commercial licensve to all photos selected after their session. Perpetual licenses never expire or need renewal. Unlimited comercial means that you can use the photos however you please, in whatever format, whatever geography, and with unlimited distribution.
Can you match photos taken by other photographers?
Yes, we are happy to match custom photography specifications from an agency or other photographer.
What is your reschedule policy?
For Corporate Branding and Commercial photography Sessions: Our policy is that sessions are 100% refundable with 30 days notice. Sessions are 50% refundable with between 30 days and 7 days notice. Sessions are 25% refundable with 6 days to 3 days notice. Due to lost opportunity cost, sessions are not refundable with less than 72 hours notice from the start time. However, in extreme circumstance, we may elect to allow the client to reschedule their session. If so, the session will be converted into a credit that expires after 6 months. Reschedule and cancellation requests must be emailed to smile@headshots-inc.com.
