About Event Booth Headshots

Event booth pricing is based on adding the Setup Package, Time Booked, and Editing Services together.

Setup Package: Covers the time and cost to provide and set up professional studio gear. Packages can be scaled up or down to match your vision.

Time Booked: We offer professional headshot booth rates for hourly, half-day, or full-day events.

Editing Services: Editing services are optional add-ons that can enhance the final end-product offered to attendees. We offer multiple delivery and editing options.

Multiple day shoots qualify for group discounts. Multiple delivery (instant or private) methods are included. If desired, we can help you custom brand emails and signage.

Headshot Booth Rate Card:

Standard Event Booth: Professional Camera & Lighting + One Photographer + Professional Background: $500

High Volume Event Booth: Everything in Standard Event Booth + One Assistant: $1000

Premium Event Booth: Everything in High Volume Event Booth + Hair and Makeup Artist: $2000

Hourly Coverage: $800/hr

Half Day Coverage (3.5/hrs): $2000

Full Day Coverage (7/hrs): $3500

Retouched Images: $19/photo to $40/photo depending on volume
