Editing Process FAQ
When will I get my photos?
By default, Standard Delivery for editing is in five business days or seven calendar days from the date your desired submitted your photos. So, if you submitted a photo for editing on a Tuesday, you’ll receive your edited photos the following Tuesday.
If you purchased any photos with Expedited Delivery, you’ll receive your selected photos in one business day from your submission. Our editing team works Monday through Friday, so Expedited Delivery orders submits made on a Friday, are returned on Monday.
Can I change my editing request after I’ve submitted it?
Sometimes. You should reach out to us as soon as possible after making your request. If it’s been more than 2 business days from the date of your submission, we cannot change the order, as it’s already begun.
How many revisions do I get after receiving my photos?
We have an unlimited revision policy on retouching. If you have any tweaks or adjustments you’d like make on your photos, please just let us know by emailing edits@headshots-inc.com.
Can I upgrade my editing request(s) to Expedited Delivery, after I’ve placed it?
Yes! If you decide that you need your edited photos faster than originally planned, you can email edits@headshots-inc.com to upgrade your order to Expedited Delivery for $75/photo. Once we’re emailed, we can get your photo back to you in one business day.
